It's hard to find the right car mechanic if you truly care about your car. The professionalism of Auto Owls team is second to none. They did a thorough and comprehensive review of the state of my vehicle and recommended repairs in an honest and transparent manner. Throughout the process I had full control over what will and won't be fixed and they took the time to explain the consequences of my decisions to me. Would recommend and will definitely come back!

From start to finish, Auto Owls was exceptional! Their service went above and beyond. The initial quote and all work carried out was fully transparent with a few calls to keep us updated on what needed to be done and the price. It's really refreshing to get quality service with absolute professionals that really has the family business feel. Will definitely be using Auto Owls from now on for our cruiser! Thanks again!

Had my car serviced by this amazing team yesterday and the quoted price was slightly less and incorporated another service item which was also very good priced. Could not be happier with this mechanic. Very well explained and good prices and I can trust and see the work is getting done for the price. I have had other work done on my Toyota aurion before with them and again perfect. Will not go anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend

The team here go above and beyond! I got my aircon fixed here, and though I was hesitant because of the price (keep in mind I have no idea how much these things cost!), I am so glad I came to them. They were patient and understanding and fixed issues that came up after I had seen them. Jesse is a great guy, would recommend this business to anyone!!

Having a good experience, communicative staff, realistic recommendations, clear report (never ask to change a part immediately unless urgent), always give a feedback before back to repair, clear solution based on budget, and never doubt to breakdown the (estimated) price before repair, it’s fair for old car and affordable. Feedback: please wash or vacuum properly if it includes in service bundle. Thanks

To Auto Owls, I am happy to write this post incase people need a good workshop to go to. I would recommend your workshop to other people that are new to Perth as I am. I found the work that has been completed on the car is up to my standard. There was another workshop not far away that did some work on the car and I was very unhappy with their service and how they conducted their way of trade. Barbagallo has worked on the car some of the work they do other workshops are not able to complete. Auto Owls have no competition because They appear to be able to get the work done and sauce parts, I think it would be hard to beat this in other workshops. They don't probably really don't need new work as it also would appear that their workshop is full all the time. As an example, if the restaurant is full, it's because the food is good. If the workshop is full, it's because people are happy to do business, there. I have a Pannel shop in NSW with 48 fulltime staff and 20 Casual staff I Know too well about this game I am a silent partner now as moved to Perth. I paid the Account with the understanding that I would not have to return again for the same problem. Good luck .
